Prayer and Our Relationship With God

One of my prayer groups engaged in examining our prayer life as it relates to our relationship with God.  Dr. Gregory R. Frizzell, in his book How to Develop a Powerful Prayer Life, asserts “no one’s relationship with Christ will ever rise above the level of his or her praying.”  The study challenged each of us to develop a more robust relationship with Christ through viewing our prayer life as a relationship rather than a religious duty.  How is your prayer life going?  More importantly, how is your relationship with Christ going?  Why not come and join us as we work on ours together?
